Site and Utility Work
Grease traps, soakaways, drainage, excavation, mini excavator and Bobcat work.
01Overview
Overview
The work nobody sees and everybody notices when it fails. Grease traps and soakaways for kitchens and commercial premises, drainage that actually moves water off the property, and the excavation to put it all in. We operate our own mini excavator and Bobcat, so the digging and the installation are handled by the same team.

05Questions
Common Questions
Does a restaurant kitchen need a grease trap?
Commercial kitchens generally do, and the requirement depends on the premises and how it is being used. We install them regularly. Tell us about the kitchen and we will advise on what fits.
Will your machine fit down the side of my house?
Often, yes. That is exactly what the mini excavator is for. Send a photo of the access with your quote request and we can tell you before anyone turns up.
What happens to the lawn or driveway afterwards?
We backfill and reinstate the surface as part of the job. Tell us up front if there is finished landscaping or paving involved so it is allowed for in the scope.
On cost. We do not publish fixed prices for this work. Final cost depends on project size, materials, access, location, site conditions, labour requirements and project scope.
