Common Questions
Do you build on the Family Islands as well as New Providence?
Most of our building work is in Nassau and New Providence. We do take selected Family Island projects. Talk to us about the island and the scope and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can take on.
Can you work from drawings I already have?
Yes. If you already have drawings prepared, send them across with your quote request and we will price the work from those.
Do you handle an addition while we are still living in the house?
We do. It changes how the work is sequenced and how the site is closed off at the end of each day, so tell us up front that the property stays occupied and we will plan around it.
On cost. We do not publish fixed prices for this work. Final cost depends on project size, materials, access, location, site conditions, labour requirements and project scope.
