Renovation and Remodeling
Full property renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, interior finishing and commercial fit outs.
01Overview
Overview
Renovation work is where the majority of our jobs start. A kitchen that no longer works, a bathroom that has to be stripped back, a whole property being brought back into use, or a commercial space being fitted out before it opens. We take the space apart carefully, deal with whatever is found behind the finishes, and rebuild it properly.
Projects We Handle
- Whole property renovations
- Kitchen remodeling and refits
- Bathroom remodeling
- Interior finishing and trim work
- Commercial fit outs before opening
- Tiling, feature walls and wall finishes
- Repairs uncovered once the finishes come off

05Questions
Common Questions
Will you find extra work once you open up the walls?
Sometimes, and it is better to say so honestly at the start. Older properties can hide rot, failed framing or old wiring. If we find something, we photograph it, show you, and price the additional work before we carry on.
Can you do the cabinetry and the countertops on the same job?
Yes. Custom cabinetry and stone counter fabrication and installation are both things we do, so a kitchen or bathroom can be handled as one job rather than split between separate contractors.
Can we stay in the property during a renovation?
It depends on the scope. A single bathroom or kitchen is usually workable. A full property renovation normally goes faster and cleaner if the space is empty. We will give you a straight answer once we have seen it.
On cost. We do not publish fixed prices for this work. Final cost depends on project size, materials, access, location, site conditions, labour requirements and project scope.
