01Process
How We Run a Project
Most problems on a build come from unclear expectations rather than unclear workmanship. This is how we keep the two aligned.
Initial Contact
The customer calls, sends a WhatsApp message, or submits the quote form. Whichever is easiest. The more detail that comes through at this stage, the faster the rest of it moves.
Project Discussion
We collect the project type, the property location, the result you are after, your approximate timeline, photographs, and anything else that affects the work. Photographs matter here more than most people expect.
Site Visit
Where the job requires it, we arrange a site assessment. Some work can be scoped from photographs and measurements. Structural work, marine work and anything below ground almost always needs eyes on it.
Scope and Estimate
We review labour, materials, access, preparation, project requirements and the expected deliverables, then put together an estimate covering what is included.
Planning
Scope, schedule, material requirements and project responsibilities are confirmed. This is the point where everybody agrees on what is being built before anybody starts building it.
Construction
The agreed work is carried out with regular communication and project coordination. You get progress updates rather than silence.
Review and Completion
A final walkthrough of the completed work, and any agreed completion items get addressed.
Please note. This process may vary depending on the project. Small repair work can move from first contact to completion in very few stages. Structural, marine and below ground work usually needs a site visit and more preparation before anything starts.

Common Questions
What areas do you serve?
Nassau and New Providence primarily, with selected Family Island projects. We also ship eligible specialty products to the Family Islands. Tell us the island when you get in touch and we will be straight with you about whether it is a job we can take.
How do I get a price?
Call, send a WhatsApp message, or fill in the quote form. The form asks for the details we need to give you a useful answer instead of a guess. Photographs help more than anything else.
Do you charge for an estimate?
Get in touch with the details of the project and we will tell you what is involved for your specific job.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
For simple, well defined work sometimes. For anything structural, marine or below ground, no. Anyone who prices that sight unseen is guessing, and the number changes once they turn up.
What affects the cost of a project?
Project size, materials, access to the property, location, site conditions, labour requirements and the overall scope. Two jobs that sound identical on paper can price very differently once the site is seen.
How soon can you start?
It depends on current workload and the scope of the job. Tell us your desired start period in the quote form and we will tell you honestly where that sits.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. Deck maintenance, a countertop, a single bathroom. Not every job has to be a whole building.
Who will I be dealing with?
3D Construction directly. You get a phone number and a WhatsApp that reaches the company, not a call centre.
