Who we are

This website is operated by 3D Construction, a construction company based on Emmanuel Drive in Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas. You can reach us on (242) 424-2082 or by email.

What this website collects

This website has no database, no user accounts and no server side storage. Nothing you type into the quote form or the contact form is saved by this website.

When you complete a form and choose to send it, your answers are assembled into a message and handed to WhatsApp or to your own email application. You see that message before it is sent, and it is only sent if you choose to send it. At that point the information travels through WhatsApp or your email provider, and their own privacy terms apply to that transfer.

Files you select

If you select photographs or drawings on the quote form, the file names are listed in the message so you know which files to attach. The files themselves are not uploaded by this website. You attach them yourself in WhatsApp or your email application.

Please only send files you have permission to share. Do not send confidential financial, identification or security information through this website or by message.

Information you send us directly

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or through a social media account, we receive the information you choose to give us. We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, carry out work you have engaged us for, and keep records of the projects we have completed.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Suppliers and subcontractors

On some projects we need to share limited details, such as a delivery address or site access arrangements, with a supplier or a subcontractor working on your job. We share only what that party needs in order to do the work.

How long we keep information

We keep project correspondence and records for as long as we need them to manage the work, meet our record keeping obligations, and deal with any question that arises afterwards about work we have carried out.

Project photographs

We photograph our work for our own records and for our portfolio. Photographs shown on this website and on our social media accounts are of work we have carried out. We do not publish client names, exact addresses or project costs alongside them.

If you would prefer that work on your property is not photographed for the portfolio, tell us before the work starts and we will note it on the job.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third party tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google in order to download those font files.

External links

This website links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. Once you follow a link to one of those services you are subject to that service's own privacy policy, and we have no control over how they handle your information.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us on (242) 424-2082 or by email and we will deal with the request.
