Our Story
3D Construction has been operating out of Emmanuel Drive in Nassau, New Providence since 2010. What started as building and renovation work has grown into a company that handles the whole picture: new construction, renovations, additions and remodeling, custom cabinetry and stonework, decks and docks, drainage and excavation, and project management for clients who need somebody running the job rather than doing it themselves.
The reason the service range is that wide is practical. On most Bahamian properties one problem is attached to another. A kitchen renovation turns into cabinetry and stone. A deck replacement turns into structural reframing. A commercial fit out needs a grease trap and a soakaway before it can open. Being able to handle all of it means the client is not managing four contractors who each blame the other three.

Assess first
Look before quoting
On structural, marine and below ground work we want eyes on the site. Pricing a rotted dock or a failed deck from a photograph is guessing, and the number always changes later.
Build properly
Fix the cause, not the symptom
New boards over a rotted frame is not a repair. We take the structure back to what is sound and rebuild from there, and we show you the photographs of what was underneath.
Report honestly
Tell the client what we found
If opening up a wall reveals more work, you get told, you get shown, and you get a price before we carry on. Nobody enjoys that conversation, but it is better than the alternative.

Project Management
Not every client wants to run a build. Project management is offered as its own service, covering scheduling, coordinating trades and deliveries, on site coordination and progress reporting.
It is the same coordination we apply to our own jobs, made available to clients who are managing a build with other contractors, or who are off island and need somebody accountable on the ground.
